NSW:Alleged $17m loan scam lasted 7 months

A Sydney court has been told a mortgage broker allegedly made fraudulent applications
for home loans .. worth 17-million dollars .. over a seven-month period.

30-year-old YAN LI of Wolli Creek is charged with 27 fraud offences .. involving numerous
home loan applications with Suncorp Bank .. with the intention of obtaining a commission.

North Sydney Local Court has continued his conditional bail .. adjourning the matter
until August 31.
