QLD:Bouncers acquitted over bashing death

Two bouncers jailed for the bashing death of a man outside a popular Gold Coast tavern
have been acquitted.

30-year-old MORNE LOMBAARD and 32-year-old DENIS LEGRADI were found guilty in June
by a Brisbane jury of the manslaughter of TERII TARARO in May 2008 .. and jailed for seven
years.

The pair won their appeals against their convictions in the Brisbane Supreme Court
of Appeal today .. based on evidence about the injuries sustained by the deceased.
